Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment services and drive delivery of Future Talent and Experienced hires to the business in line with demand plan
  • Manage the operations within the team for Recruitment Service and manage performance delivery via an RPO model ensuring all SLA's are delivered and that continuous improvement is a key focus
  • Review internal reports/metrics and external reports from vendor (costs, service quality)
  • As the HR interface to outsourced service delivery the role will coordinate activity to clarify and resolve customer enquiries specifically relating to recruitment matters.
  • Ensure internal customers are provided with metrics and reporting on recruitment progress.
  • Responsible for delivering a HR customer service focused on the resolution of inquiries regarding HR policy, process and procedure relating to end to end Recruitment delivery activity
  • Establish, build and maintain effective relationships with the wider HR community and the business i.e. CoE, Shared Delivery HR, Business HR and customer base
  • Identify opportunities to optimise HR support and delivery, while increasing the productivity and strategic value of the team
  • Provide overall operational management and support to ensure all transactional and administrative processes are executed accurately as per the service level agreements
  • Work effectively as part of the HR management team and act as the point of contact for any escalations related to delivery or performance of recruitment delivery
  • Develops, maintains and deploys policies relating to recruitment process
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of an RPO service provider
  • Previous experience of working in Recruitment with a proven track record of delivery gained at management level
  • Strong track record of successful Stakeholder Management, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience of Process Development
  • Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base

Preferred

  • Previous experience of Supplier Management to SLA/KPI's
  • Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
  • Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports

Education
Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
