Description
To undertake any other duties at the request of the line manager, which are commensurate with the role including project work, internal job rotation and covering absence.
To participate fully in the development review (appraisal) process and undertake continuing professional development as required. To complete all training identified as statutory and mandatory by the ICB. To undertake training as necessary in line with development of the post.To achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales. To participate in surveys and audits as necessary in order to enable the organisation to meet its statutory requirements.
To be aware of the organisations emergency planning processes and follow such processes as necessary, in the event of a sudden unexpected incident.
Post holders should review the job description with their line manager annually as part of the performance appraisal and personal development process to ensure that it continues to reflect the role.
