Description

Bookkeeper required in Lapworth, Solihull to join a great team working in lovely modern office in the countryside of Lapworth.

May suit self employed Bookkeeper.

3 days per week office based [this is not a work from home position]

The requirements for this role are:

Excellent knowledge of SAGE 50 is essential and good all round experience as a sole or senior company Bookkeeper for a UK company.

Qualified to AAT level or substantial accounts experience necessary with experience in:

  • Posting and reconciling Supplier invoices
  • Raising and reconciling Customer invoices
  • Facilitating payments to suppliers
  • Monthly Payroll processing (SAGE Payroll) and NEST Pension administration
  • Posting of Company Credit cards
  • Posting of monthly Paypal Account
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Preparation of Monthly Management accounts
  • Providing any information / assistance to Accountants when preparing yearend Accounts
  • Some HR tasks for New employees
  • Managing Company vehicles MOT & Tax renewals
  • Ad Hoc Accounts / Admin work as per directors needs
  • Liaising with company accountants on EOY preparation and other accounts requirements
  • A good sense of humour

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£18.00-£20.00 per hour
