Bookkeeper required in Lapworth, Solihull to join a great team working in lovely modern office in the countryside of Lapworth.
May suit self employed Bookkeeper.3 days per week office based [this is not a work from home position]
The requirements for this role are:
Excellent knowledge of SAGE 50 is essential and good all round experience as a sole or senior company Bookkeeper for a UK company.
Qualified to AAT level or substantial accounts experience necessary with experience in:- Posting and reconciling Supplier invoices
- Raising and reconciling Customer invoices
- Facilitating payments to suppliers
- Monthly Payroll processing (SAGE Payroll) and NEST Pension administration
- Posting of Company Credit cards
- Posting of monthly Paypal Account
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Preparation of Monthly Management accounts
- Providing any information / assistance to Accountants when preparing yearend Accounts
- Some HR tasks for New employees
- Managing Company vehicles MOT & Tax renewals
- Ad Hoc Accounts / Admin work as per directors needs
- Liaising with company accountants on EOY preparation and other accounts requirements
- A good sense of humour

£18.00-£20.00 per hour
