Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Proctor. As a Proctor, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of exams and assessments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and unbiased environment.

Duties:

Set up exam rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available
Check identification and verify eligibility of test takers
Explain exam rules and procedures to test takers
Monitor test takers during exams to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Answer questions or provide clarification as needed
Collect completed exams and ensure they are securely stored
Report any incidents or irregularities during exams to the appropriate authority
Maintain confidentiality of exam content and test taker information

Experience:

Previous experience as a Proctor or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with educational testing procedures and protocols is a plus

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of exams
Ability to maintain a professional and unbiased demeanor at all times
Effective communication skills to provide clear instructions and address questions or concerns from test takers
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Job Types:
Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 2 months

Pay:
£9.80-£14.70 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
