Job Introduction

The starting salary for this role is £13,945.80 per annum, based on working 21.6-hours per week. This role offers hybrid working.


Working in this small, busy team you will be expected to combine excellent IT skills with a strong customer focus in order to undertake this administrative role to assess and issue blue badges to the applicants who meet the criteria.

This role requires good organisation, an ability to work under pressure and on occasions to tight deadlines.

You will be working using national guidelines and procedures and will need to maintain accurate records on our blue badge database.


You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a friendly approach and the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with a wide range of people with a wide range of disabilities.

The blue badge team are few in number but have a very professional approach and recently were nominated for an excellent customer service award.
