Customer Service Sales Representative
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus commission

Job Type:
Permanent / Full Time

Location:
Smethwick (Fully Office Based)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties:

Engage in a fastpaced customer service sales role.
Manage existing client relationships, providing support throughout their customer journey.
Discuss and process existing orders efficiently.
Coordinate with the transport team to expedite orders.
Discuss additional products and services with clients.
Support the external Sales Team in their activities.
Handle pricing queries and work within customer budgets.
Assess product availability and provide innovative solutions.
Manage all related administrative tasks.
Proactive approach to customer development.
Previous salesrelated experience, either facetoface or over the telephone.
Natural problemsolving ability.
Strong drive for success.
Proficient IT skills.
