Finance Assistant

Edinburgh, EH2

6 Month Contract


1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a National Leading Contractor who have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join their team.


  • This is a full time office based position in which you will be working across multiple commercial projects within the South.

Responsibilities:


  • Recoding of PO's.
  • Verifying/obtaining approval for Sub-Contractor invoices.
  • Update payment trackers.
  • Liaise with Sub-Contractors regarding invoices queries/requesting credits.
  • Receipting and managing Oracle workflows (training provided).

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working within a commercial role within the construction industry.
  • Must be confident in communicating with Subcontractors requesting information.
