Responsibilities within your new role
Your role involves efficiently processing bi-weekly and four-weekly payroll for a team of 500+, ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities include calculating Holiday Pay, managing statutory deductions, understanding and processing PAYE/NICs, SMP/SPP/SSP, and CIS deductions, as well as handling pension processing and reconciliation.

You'll record joiners/leavers, monitor the central payroll inbox, and keep employee records updated.

Key tasks include generating weekly Wage Cost reports for stakeholders and producing regular reports for departmental/venue stakeholders.

Ad-hoc reporting and providing support to the accounts function, including invoice processing and payment reconciliations, are part of your role.


Your personality, experience and qualifications


To thrive in this role, you must possess a keen attention to detail and the capability to accurately process high volumes of information within tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with hands-on experience in Sage Payroll. A minimum of two years of payroll experience is also a prerequisite for success in this position.

Due to the location of the role, you will require a driving licence and access to personal transport.
