The opportunity:


Adecco are currently looking for a truly customer focused person to join our Clients Customer Support team based Swindon or Fareham.

You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Support and Customer Care teams with managing inbound mailboxes and, initial contact with customers to identify their needs following a complaint.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain mailboxes by setting up all new complaint cases accurately.
  • Ensure post and general mailbox enquiries are passed to correct file handlers and misdirected items to the correct department.
  • Update adjudicator and ombudsman decisions and deadlines on existing cases.
  • Maintain internal records of adjudicator and ombudsman decisions and deadlines with information passed to Customer Care handler to action.
  • Maintain handlers' cases by category and call for file requests.
  • Make outbound calls to customers following a complaint to identify their needs.
  • Support teams in collation of call for files and any additional requests for information on financial ombudsman cases.
  • Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the relevant data protection and compliance policies.
  • Recognise and escalate customer service issues that could impact customer outcomes and to maintain excellent service delivery.
  • Achieve targets to maintain service levels, quality, and productivity standards.

Your skills and experience:

As an administrator in Customer Support, you will need to be customer centric with excellent customer and administrative skills.

You will need to be able to produce quality work free of mistakes and discrepancies and cope with varying workloads whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Previous experience of a variety of Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce preferable but not essential.
