Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Corporate Front of House Receptionist to provide a first-class front-of-house reception and concierge experience to our corporate tenants and their visitors from our stunning multi-tenanted office space in the heart of Birmingham's Colmore District.

Key Responsibilities:
- The building operates with a bespoke Tenant Building App which has an inbuilt visitor management system also used to sign in all visitors.
- The App Portal is relatively new and is frequently updated with new features with regular communication with the App Developers.
- One of the main parts of this role will involve becoming a 'super user' for this system once full training has been given, assisting the Front of House Manager with various tasks on the app, running visitor reports, assigning access, keeping all building information up to date and adding weekly newsletters and posts on the app platform to connect with tenants directly.
- Other duties include assisting with building amenities such as booking onsite gym inductions for tenant staff, product stock checks and restocking of onsite smart vending machines, advertising popup events and loyalty scheme offers and creating/updating pages for the weekly newsletter. Completing any administrative duties or projects as required and keeping the Building Management Team updated as needed.
- This position would be ideal for a receptionist who is looking for an exciting new challenge and an opportunity to develop their skills further.
