Our client, based in Manchester City Centre is a market leading financial services business. They are on the look out for a Collections Operations Manager to lead their collections team


Description

The Collections Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage day to day operations of Collections team and act as an escalation point for team queries.
  • Manage the implementation of arrears, forbearance/collections and vulnerability procedures.
  • Handle escalations from the Customer Service team and provide practical advice on required actions, and be willing to get hands on with customer queries in the early days.
  • Support the optimisation and update of existing collections processes, systems and procedures.
  • Liaise with the underwriting and lending policy teams to improve overall strategy and risk appetite
  • Liaise with the other teams to improve customer experience and automate processes.
  • Produce Management Information for the business.
  • Lead scaling of the team in line with business growth

Profile

The successful Collections Operations Manager will be/have:

Job Offer
Salary on offer £40k - £45k
