Office Based Call Centre Operative required.


Job Objectives:


  • To build a trusting and caring relationship with each patient.
  • To be calm, supportive and understanding.
  • To maintain high standards at all times and to take pride in the work that you do.
  • Anticipate tasks for a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of customer service.
  • To answer private patient enquiries immediately with confidence.
  • To convert a minimum % of leads into private patients.
  • To push forward the Genix Healthcare private dental and hygiene plans enrolling patients as necessary.
  • Helping towards a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
