Role Summary


To cultivate a 'quality by design' mentality, the
Quality & Analytical Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational and strategic data relating to Food Safety and Quality Management systems to maintain business related advisory & legislated controls to continuously improve business performance and create business advantage.

Coordinating various projects and system modifications, you will be responsible for directing and documenting analysis and research.

Other important responsibilities of the role include compiling weekly and monthly status reports and updates, preparing data for key internal & external stakeholders, and conducting various types of research and data compilation to meet legislative requirements and promote product safety.


This role is central in driving organisational continuous improvement to achieve operation targets and efficiency by supporting other departments in meeting customer expectations.


Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting within the nutraceutical or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience as an Analytics Coordinator or Data Scientist.
  • Desirably, experience of, or a board knowledge of microbiology, pesticides and testing screens, heavy metals testing and result interpretation, and active ingredient assay.
  • Analytical skills and strong organisational abilities.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Dynamic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellence in communication & presentation skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
