We Prep FBA is a fast growing 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) based on Ransomes Industrial Estate in Ipswich, Suffolk.

We specialise in shipping goods to Amazon FBA warehouses and offer multiple prep services. We have a large client database who operate mainly on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and other Ecommerce platforms.

Following a period of sustained growth we are looking for new additions to our team.

We are looking to grow our team with people who can assist us in achieving this.

We are looking for an Office Operations Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Immediate start is available.

The Office Operations Administrator will be responsible for a number of tasks in the office and within the company including but not limited to the following;

  • Updating spreadsheet data using Google Sheets
  • Assisting with creating shipments in Amazon Seller Central
  • Liaising with our warehouse staff
  • Arranging shipping worldwide and tracking/following up on deliveries
  • Building good relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Ensuring stock is managed by the warehouse correctly
  • Dealing with issues and queries raised by customers and problem solving
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Be highly organised
  • Well written English
  • Experience in customer service
  • Administration experience
  • Good computer skills preferably using either Microsoft or Google programmes such as Excel/Sheets, Word/Google Docs
  • Experience with managing an inbox
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable qualities;

  • A keen interest or background in FBA, ecommerce and/or shipping
  • Experience in the area (FBA, logistics, customs)
