Chase Medical are pleased to be recruiting for a
popular Sheffield GP Surgery, who are looking to take on a
Practice Nurse on a permanent basis.

The role is flexible part-time hours, ideally anything between 16-35 depending on the successful applicant's experience

You will be joining a friendly and close-knit team consisting of 3 other Practice Nurses. The surgery looks after just over 6000 patients and has an approachable and caring management team.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be working as a Practice Nurse and hold training in the following areas:

_Baby Immunisations_:

_Chronic Conditions_
