East Surrey Place is a partnership of local health and care organisations within Surrey Heartlands.

NHS-funded care in East Surrey is commissioned and delivered by multiple organisations which has in the past inhibited efforts to tackle the significant challenges faced by the local health and social care system (demographics, workforce, and infrastructure).

Working as East Surrey Place we can now address these challenges as a local system, enabling us to achieve more than the sum of the parts.

East Surrey People Steering Group was established to create a forum for the partner organisations within East Surrey Place to collaboratively support and govern the workforce programme activities and priorities set out in the East Surrey Place Workforce Plan.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced administrator with knowledge of programme/project support into the role of Workforce Programme Support Officer for our Place based Workforce Programme, providing comprehensive programme/project support to the Programme Leads and wider programme team in delivery of the identified programme projects.

Job summary

The East Surrey Place Workforce Programme Support Officer will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will work as an active member of the East Surrey Transformation Team to ensure comprehensive administrative and programme/project support to delivery of the Workforce Programme.
