Service Scheduler

  • 22k to 24k (4 Days on/4 Days off)
My client is looking for an organised customer service individual to work in their Service Team Department working 7am to 7pm, 4 days on then 4 days off (including bank holidays)

Your main duties will be the following:

  • Determine which activities are required to be performed based on severity, SLA and allocate the most suitable engineer based on location, workload, and fault type
  • Provide engineers and service delivery managers with knowledge of re occurring faults and problem sites
  • Manage customer requests and take ownership to completion, liaising with engineers and responding to customers effectively & efficiently. Overseeing the customer SLA for all faults and escalating as required
  • Make all necessary preparation to ensure the correct and efficient execution of fault completion including liaising with the service delivery manager to obtain materials and overseeing where subcontractor required
  • Processes administration of paperwork required for payment both maintenance and chargeable works


My client is looking for someone who is used to dealing with incoming calls, comfortable with updating computer databases and dealing with engineer queries.
