Description

We are currently recruiting for German and English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client on a permanent basis.


What you will be doing;

What we are looking for:


  • Must speak fluent English and German
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities
  • Previous call centre/back office experience (desirable)

Salary:
£21,000 Per annum + bonus


Location:
Remote


Shifts: 40 paid hours per week. A rota is supplied every month with your working hours. Shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday.
