Our large and rapidly growing technology client is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department.

This is a position that will provide decent opportunity to progress and develop your career.

  • Have experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements ideally relating to technology, SaaS, software licensing, data licensing and procurement
  • Be a qualified solicitor with who has gained good training and post qualified experience at a law firm with a good reputation
  • Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other interesting and varied legal matters
  • Have at least 4 years PQE
