An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology company as a HR Business Partner has become available on a full time permanent basis.
This role is hybrid with the expectation of 2 days in the office per week.Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner:
- Supporting with the Recruitment
- Driving the employee engagement
- Onboarding new staff members
- Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
- General payroll duties
- Taking ownership of Employee Relations and advising managers directly
- HR Operations
Key skills for the HR Business Partner:
- Must have experience in a technology company
- Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level
- Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment
- Experience dealing with external agencies
