CRM Administrator

Cardiff City Centre

Salary - £20 - £24k per annum

Permanent

Full Time

Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)'
Our client is looking for a CRM Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Essential;

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident when dealing with a range of different internal stakeholders to maintain/build
relationships

  • Experience of working in administration or data management would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience within the legal or professional services sector is desirable
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Highly professional, in presentation and manner, at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CRM database
  • Quality check and process data changes and duplications
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports from the CRM database
  • Monitor the new contact review process
  • Run data quality searches and perform regular housekeeping tasks
  • Assist with the contact offboarding process
  • Support the Learning & Development team with adhoc training
  • Act as the key point of contact for general CRM queries
