Salary - £20 - £24k per annum

Our client is looking for a CRM Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Essential;
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident when dealing with a range of different internal stakeholders to maintain/build
- Experience of working in administration or data management would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy
- Experience within the legal or professional services sector is desirable
- Highly organised and methodical
- Highly professional, in presentation and manner, at all times.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CRM database
- Quality check and process data changes and duplications
- Generate regular and adhoc reports from the CRM database
- Monitor the new contact review process
- Run data quality searches and perform regular housekeeping tasks
- Assist with the contact offboarding process
- Support the Learning & Development team with adhoc training
- Act as the key point of contact for general CRM queries
