To support this vision, we now have an opportunity in the team for a Human Resources Business Partner specialising in Learning and Development.


_ What you can expect to be getting up to as a HR Business Partner;__

  • Ability to work as one of a strong team, demonstrate strong collaboration skills
  • Evidence of planning and implementing strategic HR projects
  • Ability to demonstrate track record of achievements in professional and commercial approaches to HR, with the further ability to deliver high employee satisfaction
  • Working understanding of employment law, employee relations and daytoday HR activities, including data
  • Ability to deal with conflicting demands and prioritise accordingly
  • Ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity
  • Able to build a quick rapport with associates and Leadership teams and build trusting long term relationships
  • Responsible, professional and flexible attitude to work
  • Driven and passionate about all things HR and best practice
  • Ability to work selfdirected without supervision whilst being able to manage upwards and keep the team informed where necessary
  • Starter finisher ability
  • In conjunction with other HR business partners, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
  • Experience of managing staff appraisal process including salary benchmarking
  • Track record of achievements at senior partnering level
  • Ability to influence upwards as well as downwards
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate courage, sensitivity and understanding of business strong business acumen
