Job description

  • The School of Pharmacy at Queen's University Belfast, is currently seeking to recruit a talented _Research Fellow._
  • The Research Fellow will be an active member within the research group of Prof Gerd Wagner in the School of Pharmacy, Queen's University Belfast. They will carry out the design and chemical synthesis of enzyme inhibitors for the glycoengineering of therapeutic antibodies. The project is a collaboration with research groups at King's College London, the University of York, and Ludger Ltd, funded by Worldwide Cancer Research.
  • Relevant laboratorybased research experience in syntheticorganic or medicinal chemistry of nucleosides or nucleotides.
  • Evidence of publication(s) in journals and/or books commensurate with career stage.
