Well, what about the team?

:

Our HR Operations team is a key function within our business. Responsible for the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data manager, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

:

As a HR Operations Team Lead you will ensure we remain legally compliant and up to date with all our processes for example right to works checks & GDPR.

So, what will you be doing?

:

Overseeing and engaging in HR Operations processes
Managing two HR Coordinators & coaching and identifying development opportunities direct reports
Ensuring a positive employee contact experience
Conducting monthly SOX audits on HR Operation processes including checking the documents for all right to works.
Partnering with stakeholders globally to create seamless processes and improvements across key stages of the employee lifecycle
Ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date within the HR System and employee files
Managing the Sponsored Visa process

And what are we looking for?

:

Experience using an HR management system
Experience as a Senior HR Coordinator/Administrator (line management experience is a bonus)
Experience with IR35 legislation
Understand Sponsored Visa's processes and legislation
Able to demonstrate delivery of accurate data management to tight timescales
Have superb communication skills and be able to build successful relationships
Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel
