Well, what about the team?

:


Our HR Operations team is a key function within our business. Responsible for the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data manager, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

:


As a HR Operations Team Lead you will ensure we remain legally compliant and up to date with all our processes for example right to works checks & GDPR.


So, what will you be doing?

:


  • Overseeing and engaging in HR Operations processes
  • Managing two HR Coordinators & coaching and identifying development opportunities direct reports
  • Ensuring a positive employee contact experience
  • Conducting monthly SOX audits on HR Operation processes including checking the documents for all right to works.
  • Partnering with stakeholders globally to create seamless processes and improvements across key stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date within the HR System and employee files
  • Managing the Sponsored Visa process

And what are we looking for?

:


  • Experience using an HR management system
  • Experience as a Senior HR Coordinator/Administrator (line management experience is a bonus)
  • Experience with IR35 legislation
  • Understand Sponsored Visa's processes and legislation
  • Able to demonstrate delivery of accurate data management to tight timescales
  • Have superb communication skills and be able to build successful relationships
  • Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel
