Housekeeper
CompassRock International provides asset management and property management services to the rental housing sectors globally. These sectors include build-to-rent (BTR)/multifamily, co-living/micro-living, student housing (PBSA), single family rentals (SFR), senior/retirement, and affordable/subsidized housing.

7am-4pm : 40hrs per week

Monday-Friday with some weekend work if needed.


About the role

  • The successful Housekeeper will be based predominantly at Vantage Tower, Woolston, consisting of 161 stunning apartments but also at Brightwells Yard, Farnham which consists of 58 well appointed apartments.
  • Ensuring all common parts of the building are clean, tidy and presentable at all times these. include a Gym, Yoga studio, coworking space and resident lounge.
  • Ensuring 14 apartments in the development are cleaned weekly.
  • Endoftenancy/premovein apartment cleaning and reactive cleaning as required.
  • Ensuring bins and bin areas are kept clean.
  • Working in line with risk assessments and safety data sheets.
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related. practices

What you will have:


  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Great customer service, vigilance and punctuality.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Working quickly without compromising quality.
  • Knowledge of English language.
  • Knowledge of cleaning H&S legislation relating to chemicals and dangerous substances i.e. COSHH, safe working practices and risk assessments.
  • NVQ Level 2 housekeeping (or similar).
