Description

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in the net zero carbon agenda, who can lead and shape a very busy, high performing team and work effectively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

You will need a relevant degree level qualification along with a relevant professional qualification (such as CIOB or RICS) or demonstrate that you are actively working towards gaining professional status.


You should have a proven track record of managing programmes of work and budgets, and, ideally, line management experience, although we would also love to hear from you if you see this as an opportunity to move into a management role.

A highly skilled and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on working collaboratively and building strong working relationships with other internal teams and external organisations.

You will be very IT literate and digitally focused with a passion for developing asset management and GIS systems to drive efficiencies and improve processes.

You will have strong analytical skills to understand and interpret property data intelligence to make the right business decisions.
