General carpentry such as hanging doors, new locks, architraves, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture, easing and adjusting windows, replacing handles and similar hardware

flooring work, such as carpet tiles

general painting & decorating

basic electrical maintenance

care and maintenance of _gardens and hedging_

general garden carpentry such as assembling and maintaining furniture, replacing handles and similar hardware

identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety

liaising with the Manager and other team members and performing jobs as and when they are required

carry out tasks within specified time limits

ensure compliance to applicable codes, legislation and procedures including health and safety

maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.

must have own tools.

Salary:
£10.00 per hour
