"A family of recruitment experts since 1999" our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our Industrial Division. This is a Hybrid role 60/40 which combines working in modern serviced offices basedin LS15 and a home office set up.

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant includes:

  • Attracting, interviewing, recruiting and inducting a temporary workforce to meet client requirements.
  • Maintaining staffing levels for all shift patterns.
  • Ensuring internal CRM is live & kept up to date Support the on call Rota 1 in every 3 weeks.
  • Attend client sites if & when required to handover new starters.
  • Support account managers with any other duties
  • Proactively take part in sales activity such as Prospecting, Lead Generation, Recruitment Events etc.
