We are pleased to be advertising a vacancy for a Recruitment Team Leader to support our recruitment and resourcing service within the Trust.

This is an exciting time to join the team as the service develops and progresses.

You will work closely with three Recruitment Team Leader colleagues, ensuring all recruitment administration is completed safely, accurately and efficiently, leading a team of Recruitment Assistants and managing workloads across the department.

You will have the opportunity to contribute and be part of developing recruitment initiatives to attract people to work for the Trust and to contribute to the development of the team and continuous improvements within the service
