Description

My client, a leading payments firm are looking for a Product Lead to join their London team on a permanent basis.

The team are embarking on a high profile customer growth proposition which aims to drive their customer Acquisition and integrate their customerbase with this new capability within the business.

Essential Experience:

Knowledge of how to drive customer value and meet deadlines on budget.
Experience of leading product teams, including product owners, managers and business analysts and a good commercial and financial acumen
A focus on customers and decisionmaking based on customer insights and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a high growth organisation
Strong technical understand and strategic knowledge with ability to work on roadmaps and put customer strategic initatives
Excellent communication skills with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of taking products to market in a highgrowth Fintech, payments or software company
Knowledge of how to develop internal and external partnerships that unlock joint value
A background of delivering idea to value in an Agile organisation
