Purpose of Role:

To recruit volunteers for South Lakes Citizens Advice.
To provide training, support and guidance to all volunteers and staff.
To work with the management team to ensure that South Lakes Citizens has a welltrained and diverse volunteer base which can meet the demands of the service.
To support and training potential apprenticeships and/or work placements.
To ensure the quality of the advice service is developed and conforms to Citizens Advice membership standards.
