Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:
We are looking for Fabricator Welders for permanent positions based in the Nottinghamshire area.


Pay rate is £14.77 per hour for basic hours and working hours will be 8am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)


This will be general welding & fabrication work, so must be able to read from drawings and have experience with bespoke fabrications.

NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding would be expected.


Main duties and responsibilities of the jobholder:

  • Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.
  • Maintaining records of personal development and training.
  • To accurately read technical drawings which are provided by the design team.
  • Undertake any welding works required to ensure the correct and safe production of components.
  • To fabricate items in mild steel and stainless steel including marking out setting up and welding.
  • MIG/MAG experience is essential.
  • Keeping scrap to a minimum
  • Wear all PPE at all times when carrying out works and when around the factory
