Due to phenomenal growth, we are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join our fantastic installation team who deliver top class customer service to our engineers and customers

About Our Company
Solid State are a leading specialist in electrical contracting.

We supply, install, commission, service and maintain life safety systems including fire alarm systems, security systems, emergency lighting, CCTV, voice alarm and call systems.

The Role
Based at our head office in Parbold, some of the your responsibilities will be:

Ordering of equipment for engineers.
Keeping all of the installation files up to date.
Order acknowledgements to customers.
Raising installation job sheets.
Keeping all engineering files up to date.
Keeping installation spread sheets up to date.

The Person

Friendly and confident
Very good communication skills
Previous Administration experience necessary and must have some knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent attention to detail
Work well under pressure
