RME Consultants are recruiting for a dedicated, motivated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a well established Nursery in Ottershaw, Surrey

Role - Nursery Room Leader

Hours - Monday - Friday hours per week)

Location - Ottershaw, Surrey

Contract - Permanent, Full time

Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Duties of the Nursery Room Leader:

-
You will be working under the direction of the Manager and deputising when required
:

-
To ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted
:

-
To work as a team to continuously improve quality of childcare
:

-
To direct and support staff as agreed by the Manager
:

-
To support the team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop
:

-
To provide a high standard of care to all children in the Nursery:

-
To provide high standards of care and early learning.

Requirements of Nursery Room Leader:

-
Early Years Childcare Level 3 qualification or equivalent (please note, health and social care qualifications are not suitable):

-
To ensure the provision of high standards of physical, personal, social and emotional care
:

-
To follow the nursery safeguarding procedure to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure and ensure all team members are able to do the same
:

-
Support all team members with the early identification and intervention for children with possible special needs and give physical, emotional, intellectual guidance as appropriate.
