Description

We are looking for a
Junior Merchandiser to join the Arsenal Retail team.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Merchandising function across adidas and Arsenal branded products.

Your day-to-day

Product sales forecasting and making buy, sale and markdown recommendations.
Setting ideal stock levels and adjusting throughout the season as required.
Stock channel management.
Producing sales analysis and reporting informing future decisions and strategic direction.
Managing the name & number stock, including setting ideal preprint levels.
Size break analysis.
Liaising with the Arsenal warehouse, managing intake processes.
Managing football department stock requirements (across mens, womens and academy) and club department stock requirements.

What we are looking for

In depth merchandising best practice knowledge.
Numerical, detail oriented and extremely organised.
Advanced excel skills, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data; Power BI experience is beneficial.
A high level of commercial awareness, with a track record of turning analysis in to recommendations / strategic initiatives.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Excellent communicator.
