We are looking for an enthusiastic Reward Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Health Care.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will benefit from working on a hybrid basis (3 days at home, 2 days office in Birmingham, close to Birmingham New Street Station).

Role Purpose:


Reporting into the Head of Reward the post holder will support the Reward Function and take responsibility for monthly reporting and managing the benefits inbox.

There will also opportunities to take part in analytical projects.


Your day-to-day:


  • Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
  • Prepare reports & other written materials
  • Keep files & records as required
  • Work cooperatively with all other members of the team to ensure the department runs smoothly

Key accountabilities:


  • Develop/maintain standard operating procedures (SOP's)Manage invoices for all benefits
  • Be the point of contact for health care scheme, life cover, EAP, salary sacrifice other benefit provision with providers/staff queries
  • Pay benchmarking as required
  • Maintenance of the benefits portal
  • Manage holiday exchange windows and administration of scheme
  • Review data for PMI renewals
  • Process Life Assurance claims
  • P11d data collation for applicable benefits
  • Maintain HR Benefits policies and procedures
  • Pensions administration
  • Salary Sacrifice monthly reporting/NLW checks
  • Annual review on NLW checks in April for new rates
  • Assist on ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:


  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience of working in an analytical role.
  • A thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience of working with large amount of data.
Location: 3 days working from home, 2 days required in Birmingham office (very close to Birmingham New Street Station).
