Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Remote 10-20% global travel including once a month travel to Midlands Head Office

Permanent

Salary up to 100k

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a global diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with the company's culture and business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Lead the development and delivery of diversity and inclusion training programs.
  • Conduct research and analysis on diversity and inclusion trends.
  • Track and measure diversity and inclusion metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Established career implementing global diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives in a large global business
  • Proven track record of driving change.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
