Trust Housing has a fantastic opportunity for a
Sheltered Housing Coordinator to join our team based in
Langholm. You will join us on a
part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive hourly rate.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Sheltered Housing Coordinator, we will offer you:
- 16.5 hours per week (12.5 hours as Sheltered Coordinator and 4 hrs as Domestic)
- Working Monday
- Friday between 9am & 12.30 pm (Flexible Hours)
- £10,994
- £11,711
per annum
- Access to paid Training and vocational qualification
- Paid Disclosure Scotland PVG check
- Paid SSSC Registration
Trust Housing is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 3,600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
What we're looking for in our Sheltered Housing Coordinator:
As a Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants.
Promoting and supporting independent living, you will develop a professional and caring relationship with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plan.
In addition, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.
This role will also include Domestic duties that will account for 4 of the contracted hours per week.
The domestic part of the role is to ensure the lounge, laundry, small kitchen, communal toilet, guestroom corridor and office are maintained at a high standard, with a high level of cleanliness.
