Star OUTiCO is recruiting for an exciting position as a Business Unit Leader Our client is a pharmaceutical provider of niche hospital and orphan drugs in response to unmet patient needs.
Main Duties:
- Demonstrate working at a strategic level to orchestrate and conduct the sales and marketing activities across multiple brands & products.
- Lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and brand strategies for new and existing products.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the sales and marketing team.
- Identify shortterm and longterm planning, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
- Lead on key external relationships working closely with customers, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and/or sales roles
- Pharmaceutical experience is essential, Medical Device and eCommerce knowledge and experience would be advantageous
- Experience with omnichannel success across digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
