Overview
2fawcett are recruiting for a payroll administrator, to join a company located in Chesterfield on a permanent basis.


Our client is looking for someone who has the drive and passion for what they do, to join their team and be a part of their plans for growth.

As the payroll administrator you will be reporting directly to the payroll manager.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator

  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Liaising with other teams regarding client payrolls
  • Answering client queries regarding payroll, PAYE & NIC
  • Responding to routine HMRC queries
  • Preparing BACS payments
  • Data input
  • Ensuring payroll files and records are in good order for any inspection by HMRC

Requirements of the Payroll Administrator

  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of payroll systems
  • Previous use of STAR and Paycircle is desirable
  • Experience in an end to end payroll position
  • Confident calling and communicating with clients

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
