Registered Nurse

We are looking for an exceptional, dynamic & innovative Registered Nurse to contribute to an effective nursing service to meet the needs of our Client.

As a qualified Nurse our Client, based in Yorkshire, you will provide effective clinical support to people with nursing needs living in their own homes.

Brightening Lives operational team provides nursing care and support to a adult with assessed nursingneeds.

You will have the knowledge and skills to support the Clinical Lead Nurse in delivering consistent, quality care that keeps people safe.

You will support the ongoing learning and innovation of our Client clinical team.

As a Registered Nurse you will;

Support people to manage medication and use of specialist equipment.
Support people with complex health and behavioural needs.
Communicate effectively with people with care and support needs in their chosen way, also with their families, friends, and partner agencies.
Maintain accurate, up to date written records.
Identify environmental, infection and falls risks and provide appropriate advice and information and refer on when necessary.

To work as an Registered Nurse in this unique role you will need:

Valid NMC Pin
Eligibility to Work in the UK
At Least 3 years Nursing or Midwifery experience
Experience and confidence in working with medication.

The successful Registered Nurse will have the following benefits:

The client pays 4 weekly so it's 13 times per year.
You will be supported with continued professional development and NMC revalidation is provided, and you will have clinical supervision with a Clinical Lead Nurse.

For sleep on call nights the Nurse will be paid £15 p/h, if the Nurse is woken up more than twice the rate will be increased.

Our client has complex needs such as:
Gastro, Respiratory with a Tracheotomy and it's non verbal.
