PAYROLL
- Running monthly manager payroll on Sage
- Running monthly carer payroll on Sage
- Paying monthly PAYE and NI
- Posting payroll journals to Xero accounts system
- Processing and paying pensions
- Keeping Sage payroll up to date with joiners/leavers and tax code changes
- Year end closure of payroll including distribution of P60s
SALES INVOICING
- Running and issuing weekly invoicing from rostering system
- Running various fourweekly invoicing from rostering system
- Posting journals to Xero accounts system
CREDIT CONTROL
- Weekly chase of overdue sales invoices
PURCHASE INVOICING
- Posting purchase ledger invoices on Xero
- Paying creditors
BANK
- Posting and reconciling bank on a daily basis
- Transferring funds between deposit and current accounts
NOMINAL LEDGER
- Preparing monthly accounts
- Reconciling key balance sheet accounts
ROSTERING
- Keeping overview of new starters from rostering system
- Ensuring visit screens are kept clear
- Monitoring alerts on the system
