Description

Responsible for administering, maintaining and developing the master data within a variety of systems across the business to ensure information held is accurate and up to date.


  • Administer and maintain accurate data within all systems
  • Work across a variety of systems and collaborate will all departments
  • Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes to contain and reduce risks
  • Maintain and review system user guides and processes to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Support with internal IT and systems projects

Applicant requirements

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent IT and systems skills and knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand business functions.
  • Project management experience (desirable)
  • Experience gained from a FMCG manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • A perfectionist
