About The Role:

EKC Training are seeking an Additional Learning Support Administrator to join the busy Operations Team.

You will be key in providing an accurate and efficient service for EKC Training and its learners.

This will include supporting with annual reviews for students with an Educational Health Care Plan, working collaboratively with the Inclusive Learning Department across campuses, liaising with the Local Authority and completing funding claims.

About You:


In addition, we are looking for somebody:

  • To work effectively with completing priorities to tight deadlines
  • To work effectively with IT systems to upload and prepare reports
  • Work effectively with financial documents and systems including ordering and invoicing.
  • Attention to detail and able to identify issues in documents, processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to keep accurate records (filing) and take accurate notes/minutes of meetings
  • A good knowledge of Additional Learning Support and the EHCP process.
  • Actively contribute to the College's Safeguarding and PREVENT practice, procedures, culture and ethos
