The Opportunity

Due to continued and substantial growth at Diligenta, we are looking for an experienced Optimisation & Insight Leader to take on the outstanding opportunity of Head of Optimisation & Insight to build a capability that allows us to utilise data to enablethe best possible operational performance.

This position is critical to the effective execution of our customer responsibilities improving service and reducing delivery cost by optimising delivery.

You'll be:

Responsible for understanding all work (system and customer generated). Ensuring the right work is completed in the right order through the most efficient channel.
Required to connect front office and backoffice demand to ensure effective and efficient execution
Responsible for building driverbased forecasts, understanding workforce productivity and providing the information to enable maximum utilisation of resources
Utilising the available data to create insights that allow us to optimise the operational delivery against business goals
Providing operational performance reporting to enable an understanding of current and predicted performance
Can demonstrate relevant experience in translating operational data into usable insight
Have a good experience of workflow management and relevant workflow tools including developing and implementing new capabilities
Have a track record of creating insight that has delivered operational improvement
Hold experience in building new teams and capabilities
