About us

Morrells Woodfinishes are a market leading British company originating from 1902 specialising in high performance wood finishes, with a significant European brand profile and reputation as part of RPM International Inc.

We develop, manufacture and distribute a full range of high performance wood finishes as well as offering a bespoke colour-matching service for paints, stains and tinted lacquers.

Duties Include:

To ensure all machinery is mechanically and electrically safe and meets relative legislation
To contribute to the site development and carry out agreed tasks accordingly
Use the appropriate PPE for the job at all times
To report to the Engineering Manager anything that may interrupt the smooth flow of work through your section.
To deputize for other personnel
To ensure that the maintenance staff work in a safe and efficient manner using appropriate PPS equipment
To maintain and improve housekeeping standards.
To carry out any other reasonable requests from a manager or supervisor.
Overtime may be required
Electrical knowledge or experience in a similar role will be beneficial

A positive attitude, even in difficult situations
Strong team working skills
