Do you have experience in Debt Recovery or Litigation?


Our client, a well-established, business based in Exeter has an openingfor an experienced Paralegal to provide debt recovery legal support and assistance as and when required, working in partnership with the internal collections department, company solicitorsand the wider team.

**In-House Lawyer responsibilities include but are not exclusive to: - **- Opening and maintaining files on the case management system

  • Preparing letters before action and other demands, in compliance with relevant Procedure Rules and Protocols
  • Preparing Claim Forms and Particulars of Claim
  • Running Small Claims case load including uncontested and contested claims
  • Assisting in dealing wi th FCA / FOS complaints
  • Preparation of Hearing Bundles and arranging filing and service
  • Preparing and issuing Bankruptcy and/or Winding Up Petitions at the appropriate county court or by efiling where required

In-House Lawyer requirements include:
-

  • Experience working as a Paralegal
  • Experience in Debt Recovery or Litigation
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to manage your workload while managing others.
