Administrator - Supply Chain
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to work alongside the Asset and Transport Supervisor. Working closely within a small team of 3, you will be highly organised with excellent communication skills

You will be comfortable working with EXCEL and have excellent prioritisation skills.

This role would be ideal for someone seeking progression into a Senior Administration-based role.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the asset process, ensuring changes are properly authorised and accurately recorded, and asset registers are maintained and reconciled in line with agreed policies and controls
  • To produce month end reports e
  • Manage and control the stock take process, ensuring discrepancies are swiftly investigated and processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide support to team members and ensure crosstraining in place within the asset/transport team to provide cover as needed
  • Maintain and document procedure notes for any allocated areas of responsibility
  • Under guidance, monitor and complete any required tasks within the shared Asset/Transport mailboxes
  • Demonstrate a flexible, proactive and professional attitude to all areas of work, supporting both team and individual initiatives in a positive manner

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in an administrationbased role is
    ESSENTIAL
  • Strong IT skills,
    particularly EXCEL
  • Great communicator
  • Highly organised
