About The Role:


As a Purchase Ledger Clerk for GSF Car Parts, you will work amongst the Accounts Payable team, reporting into the Deputy Head of Accounts Payable.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and timely accounting service in respect to all payments of invoices and expenses through the Purchase Ledger.

With our aim to be a flexible employer, this role can potentially offer hybrid working.


Main Duties include:


  • Ensure all invoices and Electronic Invoices are correctly matched/authorised before posting the invoice to the system
  • Ensure authorised invoices are correctly posted to the system
  • Ensure purchase ledger deadlines are met
  • Ensure all suppliers invoices are posted to the system on a timely basis
  • Make supplier payments on a timely basis
  • Ensure all Department Spreadsheets and KPI information are maintained and updated daily

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm


About You:


What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience within a Purchasing Ledger or similar role
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • An effective communicator with the ability to prioritise and plan your workload efficiently
  • Able to process high volumes of paperwork and be proficient in MS Office
