THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the largest independent travel specialist with key values at the core.

Whether it is a business meeting to close a deal, an event to meet industry peers, you will be part of a team creating a difference for the customers.


THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Travel Consultant with experience within the Entertainment and Production industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all travel requests from enquiry to reconciliation.
  • Manage postbooking requests and process reissues.
  • Respond to all client queries.
  • Update and maintain all required records and files.
  • Use Galileo to follow QC procedures and tasks.
  • Negotiate the best rates and deals on behalf of the client.
  • Assist in the solution of errors, concerns and complaints.

THE PERSON

Key skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience within a travel agency.
  • Previous experience with hotel and air fares ticketing.
  • GDS experience is essential, Galileo is preferred.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience is required.
This opportunity is based within the Manchester office, paying up to £28k DOE. Working shifts of 8 hours within 8am-7pm.
